We offer affordable catering options to fit your budget, and our prices are determined by your menu item choices and the number of guests for you event. Our catering services are available for a minimum of 20 guests. We offer both drop-off catering delivery and full-service catering services for a variety of different types of events. KDW Catering provides full-service catering services for groups up to 500 guests.
There is a 18% service fee for all catering orders, and also 6% sales tax is required by the State of Maryland.
FINAL minimum guest count, menu selections, supplies, and rental details must be finalized 2 weeks prior to event date.

We provide catering services anywhere in the state of Maryland primarily, and can also travel to your destination in another aligning state to provide catering as well. Please contact us directly if you require catering at a venue that is located outside of Maryland.
KDW Catering can provide our services at any location that allows caterers – public or private venue locations, reception halls, churches, private residences, parks, beaches, recreation centers, and more.
Yes! – KDW Catering is fully licensed by the Baltimore County Dept. of Health, and we hold applicable business licenses for the state of Maryland and local jurisdictions. We are fully insured and can provide permits at a client’s or venue location’s request.

Yes – KDW Catering requires a 50% deposit at least 2 months so that we can secure your date. If you book us for an event that is less than 2 months away, then we’ll work out a payment arrangement to fit the situation. The balance of all total costs related to the event is due 14 calendar days before your event.
We recommend that you contact as soon as possible after you have determined the type event and the possible date(s). Being able to plan ahead is a great asset to planning a successful event; however, we always do our very best to accommodate near-future and last-minute events as well.
